Fresh juice:

Fresh juice are most important. It is very important to take up at least 200 ml of fresh juice in ur daily diet. No harm if u take more. The point is that u need to take them woth out sugar. Adding sugar would not give u the right diet u need. This could affect the body.

Juices which are worth mentioning are

Green apple.

Berry

Pomegranate

These three are awesome drinks.. you could also make a cocktail of these. It would be really rejuvenating and make ur skin glow. This is a tremendous addition when u workout.
