It is not enough if u have a bulky body and all stuffs with a big paunch. This would spoil the entire look. So you need to have a flat and a strong abs. The most important exercises are
Full Crunches (try 4 sets with 50 reps each)
Semi crunches
Leg raise(hold em up for 5 sec)
Alternative leg raise
Air Leg push
Balls
Sit ups
Drink lot of water. Breathing is very important in this. If u r not breathing the right way
