ABS:

It is not enough if u have a bulky body and all stuffs with a big paunch. This would spoil the entire look. So you need to have a flat and a strong abs. I would not recommend anyone to go for 6 packs or 8 packs. Even film stars and body builders wont sport them at all times. They would just bring out the packs for the show and would leave off then…

The most important exercises are

Full Crunches (try 4 sets with 50 reps each)

Semi crunches

Leg raise(hold em up for 5 sec)

Alternative leg raise

Air Leg push

Balls

Sit ups

Drink lot of water. Breathing is very important in this. If u r not breathing the right way ur paunch would become even bigger.
