Eat the right way

There is a common practice to eat till ur stomach is full. This is worst habit and could spoil your health like anything. It would also bring many other complexities. The eating habit should be like the way u drink water. Whenever u feel hungry eat a small portion and drink some water. This way the digestion system would have a lot place to digest the food consumed and would extract all the nutritious content of the food..

It is advisable to take up 6 mini meal rather than 3 full meals. Whenever u eat keep a 500 ml bottle of water next to u and see to that u simultaneously drink the water while u eat. This way u could reduce the amount of solid food u take.

Fiber is the most important content u need to have a good young body. If you are going to do a lot of physical work then it is ok to take up lots carbohydrates else take up the minimum quantity. Eat more green vegetables this would enhance ur skin tone.
