Diet to reduce weight:

If u r too obese and struggling to reduce weight the all u need is determination. Body weight can be reduced in just 45 days. It is possible to reduce upto 15 to 18 kilograms of weight in 45 days. The tougher part here is to maintain ur determination.

Your diet is very important when u plan to lose weight . This doesn’t mean that u need to starve to lose weight but to eat the right way.

The diet is very simple “say no to everything”. Say BIG to party and to booze.

Your diet should not contain “OIL AND SALTS”. Let these 2 thing s not be there in ur life for this 45 day regime.

Eat whole grain wheat bread. You r permitted to take 6 chapathis per day. Take a lot of veggies as ur side dish. You can eat as much of cabbage, lettuce, beans , carrot. Don’t set any limit for them. Other than that whenever u feel hungry go for fresh juice with no sugar.

Compliment ur diet with jogging and crunches. You can see tremendous changes and believe me this diet is not as hard as it looks like.
