Aus VS Srilanka

The tough game is about to start tomorrow between srilanka and australia . Srilankans have to prove it this time by winning this game .They now need to win all 2 games to enter into the finals. This is a very tough game and the chances for srilankans to win are terribly less. australia have to win atleast one game to enter into the finals.

It is almost certain that australia would win against srilanka and would reach the finals. It would be good if we win both the games but still we have srilankans as a ray of hope that they would lose to us. Nevertheless they are also a strong compete tent .

The finals between India and australia is going to be nerve tricking. we need to win inorder to stop Australia to boast abt themselves

Oh my God!!!! I am disappointed! I thought marc and rovilson would win this game but unfortunately they were the last team to arrive. i have never seen them coming at the 3rd place. it is so very horrible that they have lost the race but nevertheless the prize went to the team which deserves it equally, the collin and andrians. they really did a nice job.

Steam Bath:

Steam bath is used to remove all the dirt that is deposited beneath ur skin. While in steam bath the pores of ur skin would open up and the dirt would come up.

This would also increase the blood circulation of ur body which would make u look so young and fresh.

All though this could be of many use u have to be careful while u r in steam bath.

The following precautionary are very important

Drink a lot of water before getting in.

See to that the steam room is not full as there are possibilities for more germs to attack u when it is full. Use eucalyptus oil for easy breathing and apply them slightly on ur body too. It is advisable to cover ur head with a towel as the water will not be too good in all steam rooms. This might result in hair loss. 10 mins is more than enough for u to be in the steam room. Take bath immediately u reach home.

Net Beans IDE:

Net beans IDE is software with which it makes things much simpler by drag and drop controls. It is also quite easy to interface many other languages to it. The IDE has a built in database called mysql which can act between the netbeans ide. this software support alomost all languages..the coding could be done in most of the familiar languages. The c++ code can be created separately and could be made as a make file using some compiler and could be attached to the net beans IDE.



The IDE also creates the code for the frame and therfore it is also possible for us to change the code to customize it to our needs

Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are so very common syndrome in all youngies and it would be the most unappealing thing in our body. It is so very easy to get rid of stretch marks though make up ur mind that it is not possible to completely eradicate it but u could make it such a way that it is not visible to others.

The most important thing u need to do is to first correct ur body posture. See to that u sit the way u have to sit and sleep the way u actually have to sleep. This would prevent from new stretch marks.

Try Vaseline(the most effective). The one with the aloe Vera is highly recommended. The next important thing is to take bath in the right way. Use body scrubs over the stretch marks and keep scrubbing them in circular motion.

Drink a lot of water and juice. These things would reduce stretch marks.

Believe me this would work very effectively because I have tried it on myself.

Breakfast The most important meal of the day:)

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As the name suggest u break a fasting. We sleep for 8 hrs a day and so the stomach would be empty for more than 8 hrs. you r going to break this fasting, thus the name breakfast.

Your breakfast should be really nutritious. It is a common say that “have ur breakfast LIKE A KING, lunch like a common man and ur dinner like a pauper”.

You are free to have anything in the morning as you could burn all the calories during ur days work. The best breakfast would be a big bowl of oats, 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 omelets, one big cup of milk or fresh juice.

This would give u enough strength all u need for ur days work.

Fresh juice:

Fresh juice are most important. It is very important to take up at least 200 ml of fresh juice in ur daily diet. No harm if u take more. The point is that u need to take them woth out sugar. Adding sugar would not give u the right diet u need. This could affect the body.

Juices which are worth mentioning are

Green apple.

Berry

Pomegranate

These three are awesome drinks.. you could also make a cocktail of these. It would be really rejuvenating and make ur skin glow. This is a tremendous addition when u workout.

Diet to reduce weight:

If u r too obese and struggling to reduce weight the all u need is determination. Body weight can be reduced in just 45 days. It is possible to reduce upto 15 to 18 kilograms of weight in 45 days. The tougher part here is to maintain ur determination.

Your diet is very important when u plan to lose weight . This doesn’t mean that u need to starve to lose weight but to eat the right way.

The diet is very simple “say no to everything”. Say BIG to party and to booze.

Your diet should not contain “OIL AND SALTS”. Let these 2 thing s not be there in ur life for this 45 day regime.

Eat whole grain wheat bread. You r permitted to take 6 chapathis per day. Take a lot of veggies as ur side dish. You can eat as much of cabbage, lettuce, beans , carrot. Don’t set any limit for them. Other than that whenever u feel hungry go for fresh juice with no sugar.

Compliment ur diet with jogging and crunches. You can see tremendous changes and believe me this diet is not as hard as it looks like.

Eat the right way

There is a common practice to eat till ur stomach is full. This is worst habit and could spoil your health like anything. It would also bring many other complexities. The eating habit should be like the way u drink water. Whenever u feel hungry eat a small portion and drink some water. This way the digestion system would have a lot place to digest the food consumed and would extract all the nutritious content of the food..

It is advisable to take up 6 mini meal rather than 3 full meals. Whenever u eat keep a 500 ml bottle of water next to u and see to that u simultaneously drink the water while u eat. This way u could reduce the amount of solid food u take.

Fiber is the most important content u need to have a good young body. If you are going to do a lot of physical work then it is ok to take up lots carbohydrates else take up the minimum quantity. Eat more green vegetables this would enhance ur skin tone.

ABS:

It is not enough if u have a bulky body and all stuffs with a big paunch. This would spoil the entire look. So you need to have a flat and a strong abs. I would not recommend anyone to go for 6 packs or 8 packs. Even film stars and body builders wont sport them at all times. They would just bring out the packs for the show and would leave off then…

The most important exercises are

Full Crunches (try 4 sets with 50 reps each)

Semi crunches

Leg raise(hold em up for 5 sec)

Alternative leg raise

Air Leg push

Balls

Sit ups

Drink lot of water. Breathing is very important in this. If u r not breathing the right way ur paunch would become even bigger.
