Chest workout
Chest workout is one of the most important exercise.take enough time to work on this... see to that u workout atleast twice a week. the series is very important.... i cannot tell u a constant routine which u have to follow for any exercise as that would be of no effect....see of that u keep giving some variations so that u r not used to any particular type of routine...The list of exercise goes here. Make sure that u try out all .- Double bar push ups(chest forward).
- Bench press(flat)
- Bench press(inclined)
- Bench press(decline)
- Dumbbell press(flat,incline and decline)
- smith machine
- flies.
- manual flies(flat ,inclined and decline)
- dumbbell pull over.
remember that it is better to do it with a supervision...i will explain the exercise in the future posts... it is also not possible to do everything in one day so see to that u take up the right combo of exercise. Any other chest exercise are welcome.....
