Shoulders

Cool...The florida beach style..... U should have a cool shoulders to show up ur body.... You could see some immediate changes in this... Very effective and cool....
The List is

  • Bar bell lifts (front and back)
  • smith machine (front and back)
  • Dumbbell press
  • dumbbell side lifts
  • Inverted inclined dumbbell swing
  • Dumbbell straight lifts

These would do a lot and u could find the difference in just 2 weeks. Good Luck!!!!
