Lat workout

The V shape!!! This is where u would get that V shaped body.... It is so very important and it is comparatively an easier exercise too. initially it is hard to see any change or pain but as it goes u could see the difference..

  • Pull ups(forward and backward)
  • Bar one bend roll
  • Single hand dumbbells
  • dumbbell pullover
  • Forward and backward machine
  • Short handle pullover machine
  • Rowing.

There are many ways of doing the same exercise so stick to one and keep doing it....there will be a lot of people who would confuse u...Don't get moved by them...Initially u might have some lower back pain but it would get alright as u keep doing.Coach's advice is better.
