- Pull ups(forward and backward)
- Bar one bend roll
- Single hand dumbbells
- dumbbell pullover
- Forward and backward machine
- Short handle pullover machine
- Rowing.
There are many ways of doing the same exercise so stick to one and keep doing it....there will be a lot of people who would confuse u...Don't get moved by them...Initially u might have some lower back pain but it would get alright as u keep doing.Coach's advice is better.
